Return Policy

You have 3 days to make a return request for a Product from the date you received it. 

Return requests are only accepted when a mistake is ours. We have listed some of the mistakes which are eligible for return:

  • You have received the wrong item such us a different color or different product.
  • You have received a damaged item such us broken tempered glass. 

You may call us or email us or msg us on WhatsApp to raise the return request. You will receive the reply as soon as possible from our side after you raise the return request. 

In the above-mentioned cases, we will call you and give you the best resolution. For all return requests, 3-4 photos and an opening video of the received product will be required for proof. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
  • Your money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days after we accept your return request.

Exchange Policy

  • If you want to change the color of the product or you mistakenly order the wrong product then in that case we allow our customer to exchange the product. 
  • In this exchange process, a delivery boy will come to your home and take back the original product you have received, and a few days after (4-7 days) you will get the new product. 
  • In the exchange, we will charge you delivery charges extra because the two delivery charges are included in this process. delivery charges may range between 100-140.

Shipping Policy

  • We dispatch all fresh orders on the same day or on the next working day. If the customer places the order before 12 PM (noon) then his/her order will be dispatch on the same day.
  • The product will be delivered to the customer’s address within 4-7 days (maximum).
  • Customers will receive the mail of tracking id (AWB number)  after we accept the order. We generally accept the orders either on the same day or on the next working day.
  • If you don’t receive the tracking id through the mail then feel free to contact us on Whatsapp at +919321613933.
  • If you place your order and your order is completed but your location Pincode is not serviceable then we will intimate you about the same within 1-2 days. And if you are ready to pay an extra delivery charge then we will self-ship your order.
  • If any customer has placed an order through the COD method and not receiving the product then we will permanently block the COD method of his/her and he/she can only buy the product through the prepaid method.

How to track your order

  • It is very simple to track your order if you got your tacking id (AWB number). If you don’t get the tracking id after placing the order then feel free to contact us on Whatsapp at +919321613933. 
  • To track your order just click on the TRACK YOUR ORDER button given on the home page of the website. Then paste your tracking id (AWB number) Or Order Number to track your order. 
  • You will receive the mail in which the tracking id will be given. You can either go to the link given in the email or you can message us on WhatsApp or call us (between working hours 9 am-6 pm) to know the status of your order.
